Eminence runs round trip transportation from Columbia, SC to Charlotte, NC destinations on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The cost is $57 per passenger, with a 10% gratuity due upon reservation (see payment options in the Fine Print).
The Fine Print…
In the case the bus becomes non-operational, the trip will be refunded in full, and a ride will be secured for all passengers to return back to the original destination at no charge.
Passengers:
o If you fail to arrive and board the bus at the given time, the remainder of your ride and the fee associated will be forfeited, in full. Eminence has a very short window of time to ensure all parties are picked up at the stated location to maintain timely service for all customers.
o Missed reservations will not be honored and any funds paid will not be refunded to the customer.
o Eminence is a non-smoking transportation service. We value the health and safety of our customers and staff; thus we ask that no one smoke cigarettes, e-cigs or vapes on our vehicles.
o Food and beverage are allowed to be consumed on the vehicle. Please note that due to laws in the Carolinas and the origination of the service in SC, alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be either transported, served, or consumed on the vehicle. No drugs, illegal substance, or weapons are allowed.
o Should any passenger create the need for professional cleanup, a fee will be assessed via the payment method entered when the ride was reserved. This includes, broken glass or other parts of the vehicle, illness such as vomiting or other bodily fluids, spills associated with take-home meals, etc. This will be a minimum fee of $200.
o Eminence reserves the right to remove passengers we deem disruptive, belligerent, or threaten the safety of the bus or any passenger. The reservation and charges will be forfeited.
o Cancellations made by 12 pm the day prior of the reserved date will result in a full refund. Cancellations made after 12 pm the day prior will forfeit total charge (including gratuity fee) for the entire reservation.
